目录pg_default_acl存储要被分配给新创建对象的初始权限。

一个pg_default_acl项表示要赋给属于指定用户的对象的初始权限。目前有两类项：defaclnamespace = 0 的“全局”项，以及引用特定模式的“按模式”项。如果存在全局项，则它会覆盖该对象类型通常写死的默认权限。如果存在按模式项，则表示要将这些权限附加到全局默认权限或写死的默认权限之上。
注意，当另一个目录中的 ACL 项为 NULL 时，它表示该对象采用写死的默认权限，而不是当前 pg_default_acl 中可能存在的内容。pg_default_acl 只会在对象创建期间被查阅。
