45.63. pg_shadow #
视图pg_shadow存在是为了向后兼容性：它模拟了在PostgreSQL 8.1版本之前存在的目录。它显示了在pg_authid中标记为rolcanlogin的所有角色的属性。
这个名称源于该表不应向公众开放读取，因为它包含密码。pg_user
是 pg_shadow 的公开可读视图，并隐藏密码字段。
