修正包装器诊断所指向的表或映射，或改用操作实际指定的远端对象和服务器。如果无法确定此前写操作是否完成，应先检查远端状态再重做；无关的 FDW 选项变化不能解释此条件。

版本 {#versions}

HV00R 在锁定定义快照 9.1.24 至 18.6 以及 19 Beta 3 中存在，known_present_by 为 9.1.0。现有 9.1 之前定义资料不足以确定精确引入版本。
