pg_restore_extended_stats ( VARIADIC kwargs "any" ) → boolean

Creates or updates statistics for statistics objects. Ordinarily, these statistics are collected automatically or updated as a part of VACUUM or ANALYZE, so it's not necessary to call this function. However, it is useful after a restore to enable the optimizer to choose better plans if ANALYZE has not been run yet.
